The version you approve is the book we prepare.
These terms govern use of PhysicalAlbum and orders for personalized photo books. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the book and agree to the price and delivery information shown at checkout.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos. You grant PhysicalAlbum and its necessary service providers a limited permission to store, process, render and transmit your content only as needed to provide the service, fulfill your order and handle support. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload and print the content.
Acceptable content
Do not use the service for illegal content, material that infringes another person's rights, or content that a production provider cannot lawfully manufacture or ship. An order may be held or cancelled when required by law or a provider's mandatory production rules.
Previews, crops & color
The editor and preview are designed to represent the approved composition, including crop and placement. Screens, printers and paper render color differently, so exact monitor-to-print color matching is not guaranteed. Print-quality warnings are estimates based on source resolution and selected print size.
Personalized orders
Books are made to order. Once production begins, customer-change cancellations generally cannot be guaranteed. If you need to stop an order, contact support immediately. See the cancellations and remakes policy.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the stated checkout currency. The final checkout displays the album, shipping, taxes where configured, and total before payment. Payment is processed by the payment provider. A checkout attempt does not create a production order until payment is confirmed.
Fulfillment & delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, customs, remote destinations and manufacturing capacity can affect arrival. Tracking is shown when the fulfillment provider supplies it. See shipping information.
Damaged or incorrect books
If a delivered book is materially damaged, defective or does not match the approved production file, contact support promptly with the order number and photographs of the issue. We may offer a remake, replacement or refund depending on the cause and available remedy.
Service availability
We work to keep projects and ordering available, but maintenance, third-party outages, unsupported files or network failures can interrupt the service. Do not rely on PhysicalAlbum as the only copy of irreplaceable photographs.
Liability & consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for a paid order is limited to the remedies available for that order rather than unrelated or indirect losses.
Changes & contact
Terms may be updated for future use of the service. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that transaction unless a mandatory law requires otherwise. Questions can be sent to support@physicalalbum.com.
The operating business should obtain jurisdiction-specific legal review before broad public sale, especially for consumer cancellation rules, taxes, privacy and cross-border fulfillment.
