Shipping
From approved file to front door.
Photo books are made to order. The checkout screen shows the shipping amount before payment, and the order page shows tracking when the production partner provides it.
Production first
Your order does not ship immediately after payment. The approved version is rendered and preflighted first, then production begins. Production timing varies by book format and manufacturing load.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery window shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays, remote destinations, customs and seasonal volume can extend transit time.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it appears on your order-confirmation page and may also be sent by email. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier label is created.
Address mistakes
Contact support as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or a carrier has accepted it, an address change may no longer be possible.
