Cancellations & remakes
Made-to-order needs a clear line.
Every PhysicalAlbum is personalized and produced from the version you approve. That makes the cancellation window different from an off-the-shelf product.
Before production
If you contact support before the order is submitted to production, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel it. A cancellation is not guaranteed until support confirms it.
After production starts
Once a personalized book has entered production, customer-change cancellations generally are not possible. The order is manufactured specifically for you.
Damaged, defective or incorrect books
If the book arrives damaged, materially defective or different from the approved production file, contact support promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the issue and packaging. Eligible production issues may be handled with a remake, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Design choices you approved
Small crop, color or composition preferences visible in the approved preview are not manufacturing defects. The product intentionally gives you a final review before checkout.
